Growing up in South Africa, I witnessed firsthand the challenges women faced in finding aesthetic treatments that truly understood and safely treated diverse skin types. Too many talented practitioners lacked the specialized knowledge needed for different skin tones.

After 15+ years in medicine and extensive training in aesthetic treatments, I realized the industry had a significant gap. Many clinics provided excellent care for lighter skin types but lacked the expertise for darker skin tones.
