1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by The Fitzpatrick Super-Skin Clinic™ / House of Rejuvenation™ (“the Clinic”), operated by Dr Amina Adeniran.
1.2 By booking or receiving services at either our home-based or Harley Street clinic, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be requested.
2.2 Treatments are subject to medical suitability. The Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment where contraindications exist or where it is not deemed in the Client’s best interest.

3. Booking and Deposits
3.1 All appointments must be booked in advance.
3.2 A non-refundable booking deposit of £75 is required to secure all appointments. This fee is redeemable against the consultation.
3.3 The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.4 Cancellation and rescheduling:
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance for the £75 to be transferred to a new appointment.
• For Monday appointments, cancellations must be received by 5pm on the preceding Thursday.
• Failure to cancel within this timeframe, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Consultation and Treatment Fees
4.1 All new clients are required to attend a consultation prior to treatment.
4.2 Consultation fees are not transferable to treatments if the Client is deemed unsuitable.
4.3 All remaining balances are due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Late Arrival
5.1 A 15-minute grace period is permitted.
5.2 Appointments may be shortened if you arrive late, but the full treatment fee will still apply.
5.3 If lateness prevents treatment from being carried out, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit forfeited.

6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history and disclose all health conditions, allergies, or medications.
6.2 Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment guidance provided by the Clinic.
6.3 The Clinic accepts no responsibility for adverse outcomes resulting from a Client’s failure to disclose information or follow aftercare advice.

7. Courses and Packages
7.1 Courses of treatment must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 All courses must be completed within 12 months of purchase unless specified.
7.3 Packages and courses are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Finance & Payment Plans
8.1 The Clinic offers access to third-party finance providers (e.g. PLIM, Pretty Face Finance).
8.2 Finance agreements are contracts between the Client and the finance provider. The Clinic is not responsible for the terms, approval, or administration of these agreements.

9. Payments and Refunds
9.1 Payment in full is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
9.2 Accepted payment methods: debit/credit card, bank transfer, cash (excluding American Express).
9.3 Refunds will not be issued for completed services. Concerns must be raised within 24 hours and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9.4 Deposits and consultation fees are strictly non-refundable.

10. Results Disclaimer
10.1 The Clinic makes no guarantee of treatment results. Outcomes vary depending on individual physiology, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
10.2 Additional sessions may be required to achieve optimal results and will be charged separately.

11. Health and Safety
11.1 The Clinic adheres to strict hygiene and safety protocols in line with medical regulations.
11.2 The Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if Client safety may be compromised.
11.3 Clients experiencing signs of illness, infection, or communicable disease must not attend appointments and should notify the Clinic.

12. Photography and Documentation
12.1 Clinical photographs may be taken for medical records with the Client’s consent.
12.2 Images will only be used for marketing with separate, written Client consent.

13. Liability
13.1 The Clinic accepts no liability for adverse outcomes where Clients fail to disclose information, ignore medical advice, or fail to follow aftercare instructions.
13.2 The Clinic’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant service.

14. Pricing and Changes
14.1 All prices are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change without prior notice.
14.2 Published offers and packages may be withdrawn or amended at the Clinic’s discretion.

15. Force Majeure
15.1 The Clinic will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including illness, government restrictions, transport disruption, or other unforeseen emergencies.

16. Complaints
16.1 Complaints must be raised in writing within 7 days of treatment via hello@draminarejuve.com
16.2 The Clinic will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a written response within 14 days.
16.3 If unresolved, the Client may escalate the complaint to the relevant professional body.

17. Governing Law
17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17.2 Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
